In 2018 they started making bean to bar chocolate with a nautical theme – winning two gold Great Taste Awards. Now they are launching a beautiful collection of handmade Easter eggs crafted by us using our Peruvian chocolate. They come compete with two bars of ‘The Bar’ chocolate and arrive in smart fully compostable packaging with a rope handle!

Salcombe Dairy is one of a handful of bean-to-bar chocolate makers in Britain. They set out to have complete quality control over the entire process from choosing the source of the cacao bean, the roasting, then the grinding, conching and tempering their little factory in Salcombe. You can be sure every Salcombe Dairy Easter egg and bar of chocolate has been hand-crafted from start to finish from the ‘Bean to Bar’ and the cacao can be traced back to Peruvian farms. None of the products contain palm oil. The dark chocolate is suitable for vegans and all products are gluten free. Salsa accreditation. Plastic gloves and aprons used at all times whilst packing and posting the eggs.
Cambrook Foods was founded in 2012 by Angus Cameron and Michael Brooks as a result of their quest to make the perfect caramelised nut.
Their research led them to Italian and Spanish artisans doing exactly that and after months of trials and tribulations they came up with their own unique way of baking nuts
They now produce these delicious nuts from their BRC (AA Grade) accredited factory in Andover, Hampshire which they salt and season from their original recipes using herbs, spices and flavours.
We think all this makes them one of the best specialist nut manufacturers in the country. It’s the reason why independent retailers and London’s top hotels, including Claridges, The Savoy and The Lanesborough, come to Angus and Michael for their nuts.
